“This season, we’re continuing our America250 celebration, highlighting all of the genres of music that Spartanburg has to offer - symphonies, jazz, bluegrass, pop - you name it!
I encourage everyone to try something new this year. If you haven’t gone to a SPYO concert, give them a try - one of them will be famous soon. Haven’t attended an Espresso concert in a while? Revisit them and see what Peter B. Kay is up to. If Bluegrass isn’t your normal go-to, step out of your comfort zone - you’ll be surprised.
Bring a friend. You won’t be disappointed”
On July 4, 2026, our nation will celebrate the semisesquentennial, or 250th anniversary, of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The first two concerts of our Zimmerli season, “American Heroes,” and “Red, White, and Shades of Blue,” continue our Festival of American Voices. We continue to reflect on our place within the rich tapestry of American music with incredible gratitude.
