Subscriber Seating

Subscribers are given priority seating and are able to keep their seats upon return the following year. New subscribers who order their subscription before May 31st are seated after returning subscribers have made any changes requested to their orders. All held seats are released to new subscribers after May 31st where seat assignments will be made with the goal of meeting your requests and requirements. If there are any issues, the box office will contact you with questions.

Performances start at the time designated on the ticket. Respecting the comfort and listening pleasure of the audience, we reserve the right to delay seating late-arriving patrons until an appropriate break in the concert program. Please note that performances without breaks or without intermissions may not allow for late-seating. These arrangements are at the discretion of the House Manager in consultation with the conductor and performing artists.

The Spartanburg Philharmonic is committed to providing an environment that is welcoming and inclusive to all patrons. Persons requiring assistance are requested to call the respective box offices for assistance in purchasing the appropriate tickets.

Please note that Twichell Auditorium does not currently have an elevator for balcony seats. Wheelchair accessibility is located at the side entrance of the auditorium.

The Chapman Cultural Center is fully ADA compliant. All areas of the campus are handicapped accessible. The Chapman Cultural Center theater has state-of-the-art hearing assistance technology. In addition to traditional amplification devices, such as headphones, the theater is equipped with “The Loop” technology. Most hearing aids have T-coil or telecoil technology that is compatible with the hearing assistance system in the theatre. In most cases, patrons are able to flip a switch on their hearing aids to receive high quality sound especially suited to their specific needs. If you need a listening device or instructions on how to use our systems, please ask any usher in the theatre for assistance.
