Music from the Information Age

About

Bold, rhythmic, and unexpectedly familiar, this program explores the soundtrack of a world transformed by machines, media, and an endless flow of information. The Information Age: where technology and popular culture reshape the sound of the concert hall. Steve Reich and Philip Glass capture the hypnotic pulse of modern life, while inventive arrangements of Radiohead’s Everything in Its Right Place and Laurie Anderson’s iconic O Superman blur the boundaries between classical music, electronic experimentation, and pop.

Arrive early and make an evening of it! Your ticket includes a one-hour pre-concert reception with drinks, setting the stage for a relaxed, social, and distinctly entertaining night out.
