Please make this Board Retreat a priority as we will be bringing in consultant Scott Harrison to work with our Board on a mini-strategic plan.  This plan will cover the next two years for our organization: 22-23 Guest Conductor Season & 23-24 New Music Director’s First Season (and our 95th).

We will meet at Converse University in Wilson Hall's Bain Room. Wilson Hall is front and center when you enter the Main Entrance to Converse University off East Main Street. The Bain Room is through the lobby and first door on the right. Breakfast and lunch will be served. 

Please bring your Board notebook, even if it needs updating and also read through the Boards on Fire book by Susan Howlett. There will be fiduciary, strategic and generative conversations designed to strengthen us over the next two years in anticipation of a new Music Director.

Dress will be casual and comfortable.
