Together SpARTanburg - Episode 5: Peter and the Wolf (Pt 1)

Ballet Spartanburg presents PART 1 of "Peter and the Wolf," a symphonic fairy tale for children. The musical composition was written by Sergei Prokofiev in 1936. The narrator tells a children's story, while the orchestra illustrates it.

In 2014, Ballet Spartanburg collaborated with the Spartanburg Philharmonic, Miles Hoffman (narrator), and Sarah Ioannides Hartman (conductor) for this production of Peter and the Wolf that you are about to see! We hope you enjoy this wonderful ballet choreographed by artistic director Carlos Agudelo.
