The Spartanburg Philharmonic celebrates its 90th anniversary this year. Here are some things that happened 90 years ago in the Music world:

1. Maurice Ravel's Bolero receives it premiere in Paris at the Palais Garnier. We will be performing this piece for our 90th Season Celebration on September 29th!

2. The first commercial recordings of Cajun Music are released.
